It´s a new spacious PH with unique design, created for the comfort of the guests and to take a unique experience. the private roof area gives a spectacular view of the jungle of Tulum, the stars and air.It has an outdoor pool, showers and restrooms for guests.

It has 2 bedrooms with tv and a/c each, wifi throughout the condo, Smart TV in the living room and a/c, sofa cama in the living room for 2 more guests, washing machine/dryer.

We offer self check-in, so you can arrive at what time you want and you don´t depend on our flexibility (for check in before 4 pm, please contact me). We are always available on phone or we would be also happy to meet you in person if you´d like to.
We send all the information by message and leave you the book with house rules and tips about Tulum in apartment.

IMPORTANT:
Due to maintenance work, the building’s pool will not be available during May. An apology for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding. But you can have access to the pools of the buildings that are in the same complex, which are about 20 meters away.
