Aldea Zama is located in between the two main parts of Tulum: 1. the beach road leading to both Tulum National Park (public beaches) and the hotel zone and 2. the town or ‘el pueblo,’ as the locals fondly refer to it. ABOUT THE PARKING:
We kindly ask you if during your stay you rent a bicycle, motorcycle, scutter, or any similar transport, please park them in the spaces and racks designated for this type of vehicle. Not in the specific spaces for cars, and please NOT in front of the building.

ABOUT THE POOL:
Pool cleaning service is included in your reservation. On Tuesdays and Thursdays the maintenance staff will be there to give you the service, thank you for supporting us by giving them access.
Around the apartment there is construction work going on, so you will experience noise during the day.
