The condo is located in Aldea Zama, a master developed community within Tulum and located right in between Tulum Pueblo & the Beach Zone. (Just a 10 minute bike ride to the beach or 10 minute bike ride into town.)

We are surrounded by the jungle but still have the infrastructure and amenities that are still developing in other parts of our great town.

There is also 24/hr security.

IMPORTANT:
Due to maintenance work, the building’s pool will not be available during May. An apology for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding. But you can have access to the pools of the buildings that are in the same complex, which are about 20 meters away.
