La Veleta and the nearby Avenida Kukulcan are chock full of cute cafes, boutiques, yoga studios. On Calle 7 you will find everything you need at your fingertips. Easy beach access via the newly opened Avenida Kukulcan. Please note the neighborhood is still developing and not all roads are paved.
Tulum consists of 2 main areas: 1. the beach road leading to both Tulum National Park (public beaches) and the hotel zone and 2. the town or ‘el pueblo,’ as the locals fondly refer to it. The building is located in the La Veleta neighborhood on the southern edge of ‘el pueblo.’ To move comfortably between all zones, we highly recommend having a car or using the taxi service.
