Rooftop features wetbar, covered seating area, sun lounge and jacuzzi with beautiful views of the treetops.the unit features marble floors, chukum wall finishes, and is decorated with locally crafted artesanal decor and bohemian accents that truly capture the feel of Tulum.

On the first floor of the unit you will find a fully equipped kitchen with counter seating for 4 and additional space for 6 at the dining room table, including beautifully hand woven chairs and stools. Off the hallway you will find a full bathroom, service room and the first bedroom with a queen size bed, plasma tv and plenty of closet space. Head up the stairs to the second level where you will find the master bedroom featuring a king size bed, beautiful built in wooden closets and en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom has a glassed-in rain shower, marble countertops, and stainless steel finishes. Step out the the sliding glass doors to the private balcony, perfect for sipping your morning coffee in the twin rocking chairs. Continue up the stairs to the glassed enclosed lofted seating area. Lounge on the couch after a long day in the tropical sun or enjoy a quiet night in front of the tv. Step right outside to the private rooftop jacuzzi and enjoy a cocktail under the sun as you soak your worries away.

Aldea Zama is located in between the two main parts of Tulum: 1. the beach road leading to both Tulum National Park (public beaches) and the hotel zone and 2. the town or ‘el pueblo,’ as the locals fondly refer to it. To move comfortably between all zones, we highly recommend having a bicycle, motor bike/scooter, or a car.
